AMPE AEROSPATIALE MATRA, Patrimoine d'EADS is an association created on 22 January 2001, following the merger of AEROSPATIALE-MATRA and the creation of EADS. It currently comprises 140 members, including 25 associations.


Goals :

  • To ensure the durability of the heritage through the creation and distribution of documents concerning these companies,
  • To make known the specific contribution of Aérospatiale and Matra to the history, know-how and human and technical quality of the civilian and military aeronautics and aerospace industry,
  • To identify, list and preserve all documents and objects representing a source of historical information, for the benefit of current and future generations,
  • To encourage local associations, researchers or individuals pursuing the same goals by establishing exchange links,
  • To be an active proposal force in the implementation of the heritage valorisation policy, led by the EADS Group's "Heritage" department.
